Supporting allied health teams to grow through real opportunities

We work alongside allied health practices to provide practical business and back-office support, while creating access to new clinical and funded opportunities across primary care and aged care.

Our focus is on enabling new work - not reshaping or extracting value from existing services.

Proven in practice

Through Simple Allied Health Solutions, we work alongside allied health practices to reduce operational pressure and support sustainable growth across primary care and aged care.

Our supported allied health partners delivered over 1,000 hours of new business in the first six months of receiving support.

What we support

We work alongside allied health practices to support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.

  • Practical business and back-office support

  • Workforce and service planning

  • Strong connections with general practice

  • Participation in Case Conference Connect

  • Access to new clinical pathways across primary care and aged care

Our role is to support delivery and opportunity — not to interfere with existing clinical work.

Building multidisciplinary models of care

Simple Allied Health Solutions supports allied health teams to work within strong, multidisciplinary models of care that improve outcomes for individuals and communities.

We work with teams who want to collaborate across disciplines, integrate more closely with general practice, and contribute to more coordinated, effective care.

Working collaboratively with general practice

Our team understands how general practice operates and works alongside GPs to support shared care, clearer pathways, and meaningful multidisciplinary input.

This collaboration is central to how we think about sustainable care delivery.

Why this approach is different

A multidisciplinary model creates opportunities that go beyond single-discipline service delivery, including:

  • Stronger integration with general practice

  • Shared care for people with complex and chronic needs

  • Reduced fragmentation across providers and settings

  • Greater participation in coordinated and funded models of care

Building future pathways

We are actively developing new multidisciplinary programs that bring allied health, general practice, and care coordination together.

This includes upcoming work to support a refreshed EPC model for people living with Type 2 Diabetes, designed to strengthen collaboration and improve care coordination.

Our goal is to improve health outcomes, strengthen collaboration across the sector, and support sustainable, community-based models of care.

Aged care and funded client pathways

Where appropriate, we support allied health practices to extend services into aged care by enabling access to funded client pathways.

  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) clients

  • Support at Home funded clients

  • Residential Aged Care funded patients

These pathways allow practices to access new funded clients, diversify service delivery, and build sustainable aged care service lines with appropriate support.

Opportunities are aligned to practice capacity and workforce sustainability.

How our fees work

Our approach to fees is designed to align with growth and opportunity, not existing work.

  • A base monthly fee covers core business and back-office support

  • Beyond this, we seek to earn our income from a portion of new business or new funded opportunities that we help to create or enable

  • We do not take a share of existing clinical revenue or established work

Base support fee: from $2,000 per quarter.

This structure ensures incentives are aligned — we succeed when new opportunities are created and delivered.

Looking ahead to 2026

Following the success of our current allied health partners, Simple Allied Health Solutions is excited to extend this opportunity to additional allied health teams and disciplines in 2026.

We will be selectively supporting practices across South Australia and nationally, with a focus on sustainable growth, quality care, and aligned partnerships.
