Founding Director

Mitch Fox

As the Principal Consultant and Director, Mitch follows his passion of healthcare and looking after others by using his market knowledge and proven Simple Healthcare Solutions to help others focus on what matters.

Having worked across both public and private markets within healthcare across a variety of administrative, sales, business development and management roles, Mitch understands competing priorities, what indicators drive success and how innovative solutions do not need to be complex or expensive to be successful.

As part of the Simple Healthcare Solutions team, you will join a connected network that share the same passion, drive positive change in healthcare and continue finding new ways to help others.

As a valued Simple Healthcare Solutions client, you will be regularly informed on what opportunities and solutions are available and commit to finding new ways for you and your team to excel.

Operations Manager

Emma Fox

Emma joined Simple Healthcare Solutions (SHS) in 2023 after working in legal, policy and project roles for the past decade.

Emma’s experience spans from undertaking legal work, writing policy submissions, undertaking and reviewing assessments and investigations of complex and sensitive matters, identifying shortcomings with investigations and communicating decisions in plain English.

In her previous role as In-house Counsel, Emma demonstrated her proficiency in governance, compliance and risk management. She effectively communicated with leadership and understood the needs of the business to ensure organisational requirements were met.

Emma has a particular interest in supporting vulnerable individuals sparked by her involvement in an investigation into an aged care and mental health facility that was a catalyst for reform in the aged-care sector.

Emma’s role as Operations Manager includes managing and coordinating multiple projects from conception to evaluation, and overseeing SHS's compliance and risk management.

Business Project Consultant

Rachel Morgante

Rachel is a Business Project Consultant for Simple Healthcare Solutions, bringing extensive experience in primary healthcare management, systems and processes, and operational management. She works closely with our clients to integrate digital and technical solutions, including clinical software platforms, websites, and data solutions.

Rachel's expertise in general practice management and her ability to navigate the operational landscape make her an invaluable asset in supporting our clients. In her role, Rachel is responsible for identifying project goals and scope, planning and documenting project tasks, managing project resources, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

She is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and drive business success, while also ensuring that deliverables are delivered on-time and within budget.

Rachel's ability to troubleshoot and eliminate potential risks, as well as her proficiency in using various project management tools, make her a skilled and effective project manager.

Business Project Consultant

Meg Hall

Meg is a Business Project Consultant for Simple Healthcare Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience as a Registered Nurse. She specialises in change management through quality improvement practices, working closely with both GP practices and their patients to drive positive change.

Meg's effective communication skills and ability to gather feedback from our target patient cohort make her an invaluable asset in supporting our clients. She incorporates co-design elements into all of her quality improvement activities, ensuring that the voices of patients are heard and their needs are met.

With a strong background in traditional nursing practices and a keen understanding of the consulting landscape, Meg is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between healthcare and business, delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
